Select display

Requirement

The vehicle is at a standstill.

• Switch on the ignition.
  • The on-board computer readings appear on the display.
• Repeatedly short-press button 1 until the reading shows the value you want.

Possible displays:

• Total distance travelled: ODO
• Trip distance 1: TRIP1
• Trip distance 2: TRIP2
• Coolant temperature: ENGIN
• Range: RANGE
• Average fuel consumption: CONS1
• Current fuel consumption: CONSA
• Average speed: SPEED
• Date: DATE Settings: SETUP

Date and time

Setting the clock

• Select display.
  • SETUP 2 appears on the display.

• Press and hold button 1.
  • Hours reading 3 flashes.
• Press button 1 briefly and repeatedly to change the hour 3 (increases).
• Once you have set the hour correctly, press and hold button 1.
  • Minutes reading 4 flashes.
• Press button 1 briefly and repeatedly to change the minutes (increases).
• Once you have the set the minutes correctly, press and hold button 1.
  • The time has not been saved yet!
• Setting the date

Setting the date

Requirement

Time has been set.

• Press button 1 briefly and repeatedly to change the day 7 (increases).
• Once you have set the day correctly, press and hold button 1 down.
  • Month 6 flashes.
• Press the same button 1 again briefly and repeatedly to change the month 6 (increases).
• Once you have set the month correctly, press and hold button 1 down.
  • Year 5 flashes.
• Press the button 1 again briefly and repeatedly to change the year (increases).
• Once you have the set the year correctly, press and hold button 1 down.
  • The time and date have been saved.

Reset the trip distance

• Select display
  • The trip distances 2 which need resetting have been selected.

TRIP1 or TRIP2 appears on the display.

• Press and hold button 1 until the value 3 has been reset.

Resetting the average values

• Select display.
  • The average value 2 which needs resetting has been selected.

CONSI or SPEED appears on the display.

• Press and hold button 1 until the value 3 has been reset.

Seat

Remove seat

• Make sure the ground is level and firm and place the motorcycle on its stand.

• Push the rear seat bench 2 down to relieve the strain on the lock, and at the same time use the ignition key to unlock the seat lock 1 by turning it clockwise.
• Lift the seat at the rear and remove.
• Lay the seat on a clean surface.

Installing the seat

• Fit the seat bench 1 with the fixture 3 centrally into the battery tray 4.
• Attach the detent pin 2 and push it into the lock.
